I had wrote a post back in April 2011 called "Today was a good day" where I chronicled my driver's experience getting my permit and what not. And yes that was quite exciting. Well here's the update: I got somethin better than that *sneaky laugh*
Ha ha haaaaaaaaaaaa! That's right ladies and gents....YA GIRL GOT HER LICENSE....FINALLY! Man, I was so amped that I was shittin on high cotton, to where it made the rest of my week. I had went out on my usual exercise grind of walking the next day, and the thought hit me that I am officially a licensed driver put a big cheesy smile on my face and made me realize that all I had stressed about regarding my driving situation was laid to rest like a dead person on the day of their funeral. The most of my worries were over and it gave me a more positive outlook on how I can carry out the rest of my goals to accomplish from this point on.
Now my next order of business is gettin a new whip. I'm thinkin I would get either a Kia Optima or a Kia Forte'. Those two cars are looking real appealing right now to me. Then I'm starting back to school in September to finally get my damn bachelor's degree and get the shit over with. I've been off and on from school for too many years. Now is the time for me to get my act together and cut the kiddie games once and for all. 2012 is already bringing change for me and we haven't even gotten through the month of January yet. That's a good thing. If I'm gettin off to a good start in less than a month, imagine what the rest of the year is gonna look like. Hmmmmm......*ponders*
Sorry it took me a few days to finally get around to sharing this good news, but it's still fresh, new and exciting news none the less. Now where are the keys....I got some road to rip. I'll be coming to a city near you....depending on where you live. LOL.
