Common Sense...It's about time we use it!

Hola ladies and gents.....

Ya girl Untouched Jewel in the buildin on this here lovely day.

I wanna address some things, because I see far too much fuckery goin on....on the internet as well as in person, and it is quite disturbing to me. Ladies and gents.....common sense is something that's becoming such a lost art. Meaning, people are constantly doing dumb shit and thinking it's cute. I'm here to tell y'all it isn't. You would think common sense would be somethin that keeps us some way or another focused, in sound mind and able to function with a clear conscience. Unfortunately with new age technology and "celebwhoretyism" (yes, I made it a word today), it's made okay to act a complete jackass.

Here's an epiphany that I shared on my facebook page for the masses:

"Common sense is something that takes understanding and putting that understanding to practice. Failure to do so not only makes you look stupid to yourself, but stupid to everyone around you. PRACTICE COMMON SENSE!"

Nothing is cute about making a fool out of yourself. It's not even cute being a dummy. Now don't get it confused...it's okay to live a little and have a life and live it to where you can have some fun. But when you do and say things that are full of jackassery, it makes people question your character and wonder what type of person you REALLY are. Don't confuse that with perception by way of assumption.

If people practice common sense, there would be a lot less mistakes being made. Sure we all make mistakes, but not ones we know we can avoid that will always have swift yet latter consequences that follow suit. It's those mistakes that are avoidable that cause dire fallout which can be sometimes a dangerous and hostile thing. It can cause people to lash out in anger, because those on the outside looking in know that the person they are angry with can do far better or make better choices for themselves that can have a positive effect on those around them.

At the end of the day, you have to live with the decisions and actions you make on a daily. But when you don't practice the common sense to make the right decision or action, it doesn't end well.

Until Next Post,
Fingaz & Blessins,
Untouched Jewel
