Hey ladies and gents, it's ya girl....Untouched Jewel (three time!) in the buildin!

I was reading an article yesterday that really made me think heavily on the condition this country is truly in. Honestly...it's sad, and the more things change, the more they get worse. Screw staying the same. Well, it has been confirmed for me as Christopher Williams said in New Jack City: "The rich get richer, and the poor don't get a f***in thing!" Even though that was a movie made about the drug trade and crack epidemic from the 80's, unfortunately he was right with that statement. Our government is pulling the rug out from underneath us all, and a numerous amount of citizens are watching themselves go down in flames. I try not to get too heavy off into the political arena, but it's obvious to me that these "right-wing" Republicans are screwing everybody...including the citizens that are stupid enough to vote them into the Senate to make President Obama look back and keep him from getting reelected.

Anywho, the article I read was mentioning how the average yearly income for the middle class citizens in 1988 has not changed in 20+ years, and now it has come to where the rich have surpassed everyone's income, and the middle class is practically wiped out. For anyone to not see that the Republican party would rather have two classes: the rich, and the poor, is an idiot! If we aren't careful, we will be back to slavery all over again, only this time every minority known to man will be slaves while the rich white man is crackin the whip for us to pick his cotton.

This is where so-called minorities need to be trying to pull together. The rich 1% of the citizens who are running this country want us all to be at odds with each other and spend our money unwisely with goods that have no value, while they acquire land, property, things that have value that last them generations on end. They are hell bent on having us make mockeries of ourselves, be uneducated, and most of all...POOR. As I have told my oldest son before, and I keep repeating this until he gets it: AS A BLACK MAN, SOCIETY WOULD RATHER SEE YOU FAIL THAN SUCCEED. And it's not just Black men, it's Hispanic men, Asian men, Italian men, etc. If you ain't white, it ain't right. All I can say is if the masses don't pull our heads out of our own asses, we will set ourselves up for failure that we can't fix, and there wouldn't be a china man's chance in hell to make the playing field even when it comes to jobs, education, or economics period.


But more importantly, take a look around you ladies and gents...ish is gettin thick, and if our government can wipe out a whole class of people, there's no telling what else may happen to our society as a whole.
