Just wanted to holla...

Hey ladies and gents, it's ya girl Untouched Jewel in the buildin!


Wanted to say Happy Sunday to you and yours out there in blog land. I wish I had one specific topic to talk about, but unfortunately for today, I don't. I had quite a bit to say last week about the death of Osama Bin Laden and I was done on that. I'm still done on that. LOL. Moving right along.


Let's see...well I went to church today and my pastor was talking about the whole story regarding Pharoah, Moses and the children on Israel. Now, I won't go into a whole bible history or bible study moment, but those that are familiar with the story, you know how it goes. Anywho, there were some key things my pastor touched on and it made me think of such a similar correlation to present day happenings.


Now people say the bible is a number of things and some even believe that it's a crock of sh**, but I'm afraid that it's not. I don't want to stir up a whole debate about God vs. no God, heaven and hell, what do you believe, etc., but it's a never-ending debate about religion. I'm not religious, I'm spiritual...there is a VERY BIG DIFFERENCE IN THE TWO. Anywho, it just amazed me how some of the very stuff the children of Israel were going through, and I tell ya it ain't no different with what's going on in the world today.


All I can say is this, for those that are believers, OPEN YOUR BIBLE AND SERIOUSLY READ THAT STORY. Then when you do that, also read Psalm 105. I wish I could expound on everything I had learned today, but I know most won't even begin to comprehend or understand it, so I won't do too much talking. Sorry.

Oh, and one more thing: so far I'm coming along pretty good with my book project, but still have a ways to go to perfect it the way I would like to. Expect to see my finished product in the near future. How near? Who knows. But look out for it. I promise I won't let you guys down.
